Black poo

Hi to all,
My 3 yr old welsummer hen has recently started having black poo. She seems to be pooping more frequently and the flies are flocking to it. She is acting, eating, and drinking normal. I dewormed them 5 months five months ago. I will attach pictures below. Any help would be much appreciated.

How recently did this change? Did she get anything different to eat? Some vegetables will change the color of the poop.

I noticed it three days ago. I thought it might have been something she ate but I have not given her anything out of the ordinary and it’s still going on.

I'm not really sure, but if she's acting normally otherwise then I'd just treat her normally.
