I got some eggs from a local feed store. It's a small mom and pop place and the owner gave me some eggs for free so that my broody hen could hatch them.
I haven't been able to get to the store to ask him about his breeds, but I thought that maybe you guys could fill me in on what they might be. The black ones I guess are barred rocks or black sex links. Is there a reliable way to tell the difference in the two at this early of an age?
