Black Sexlink Rooster

Hi!

I am Mandy Jo from Alabama.
I am looking for a Black Sexlink Rooster, I have been told they are merely a barred rock and that I can use one of them, I don't know do you ???
I have always raised Buff Orps., Barred Rocks, and Turkens so I am new to the Black Sexlink Chicks I just got.
Any help would be great or maybe someone near Mobile, Alabama has a rooster you'd want to sell?? My Pullets are about to began laying, I hope...

A black sex-link male is actually a cross between a RIR cockerel and a Barred Plymouth Rock male.

So, there are two breeds in the black sex-link.
