Black Silkie Rooster - PICK UP ONLY - Houston, TX area

I have a 5-1/2month old black silkie rooster. He is very gentle and used to children. He is in good health to the best of my knowledge and is allowed to free range for half of the day and the other half is pent in an enclosed run with 4 hens. I hate to get rid of him, but I live in the suburbs and my neighbors are getting irritated from the crowing.
