I've got several adorable black silky roosters (1 year old) that were raised up from a school science project. Unfortunately, we didn't get any females. I'm on spring break (Mar 25 - 30) and would either like to find them a home, trade for a female silky, or they'll end up in the pot. If anyone in the Madison area would like to have one or two or three for a good life on the farm, let me know. If you plan on having them for supper, don't bother, because that is there fate here. You may contact me at [email protected]

There really isn't much to eat on a little silky. If that's the best you can do for them I understand there is a strong Asian market for them because of their black skin & bones.
