black slimy looking poo

I have been noticing black slimy looking poos ( along with normal ones) We have 6 Austrolorp hens that are free ranged during the day. they have access to fresh water at all times and laying crumbles. I have been giving them Sulmet in their water in case it was Coccidia. They all act normal and are quite active.
Should I be concerned?
