Black spot in incubating egg

Took better pictures tonight. First picture is of the chick (still alive, moves occasionally). Second pic is the spot in question (top left of egg) and a milky black spot (?) under the yolk area. The “milky” spot is not the chick. It jiggles when turned but never makes a movement of its own. So confused right now

Wonder if it was a double yolk and baby 2 died early on
Hard to know for sure bit hopefully baby makes it to hatch
