Black Spots in Egg Whites

We have a flock of RRs. They are a year old. We hard boiled some eggs to make egg salad and noticed that many of the eggs had black spots in the whites. It almost looked like mildew. However, we have never noticed anything in the whites when frying them. Anyone know what this is and how to correct it?

Probably just small meat spots. Nothing you can do but it is harmless. Commercial operations weed these odd eggs out.
