Black spots

My adult female pekin duck just had black spots appear on her bill and feet. What is it caused from? Should I be concerned?

I found this,

“In most cases, black spots on a duck's billand legs are simply melanin skin pigment, which is not harmful in any way. ... Less common causes of duck bill and leg discoloration include injury, infection, dietary deficiency, and possibly, fungus.”

They are just freckles

My 2 month old Females Runners have freckles on their bill now.
