Black toe please help !!

I woke up this morning to see my 3 day old quail has a black toe he is sleeping a lot even while the other babies run around

He just slouches over and sleeps unless he gets spooked.. I haven’t seen him go to the food or water dish to eat or drink so I pick him up and move him over so he does o and He doesn’t chirp unless he’s lonely

That looks like a dead toe. I have no idea of doses, but I would research anti-biotics for him since that looks like an infection.

Check if there is a hair or something wrapped around his toe, foot, or leg somewhere.

I agree, the toe looks dead, like it has lost circulation. Is the foot a bit swollen? One of my birds lost some toes to a hair wrapped around her foot, but her foot was much more swollen than your chick's appears to be. Check it over to make sure, though. Is there another condition that could impact circulation?

It looks more like a half ripped toe nail ... and therefore died off.
If it isn't swollen/infected, I would leave it like it is.
