For the new year, I want to work out more and more consistently. I'm not trying to lose weight, just get stronger. I think I might get distracted and lose focus, which is why I'm making a thread. I think it'll keep me on track.

I'd like to get some hand weights as well. Doing chicken chores with ankle weights is a good ideaI love this! Especially that you’re not driven by weight loss, but by strength. You sound like you’re doing great. I would maybe add some ankle and wrist weight straps to wear while doing daily chores. Increase the weight each month.

I have never been one for working out...I’m not overweight or anything, but I would also prefer to be stronger.
