SInce i have Turkeys,Peafowl and Chickens I was just wondering if the Peafowl and Turkeys would be at risk for Black head even in the winter? I don't believe Blackhead is a issue here but I was just wondering. All of the birds are at least 7 Months old. Thanks

The cecal worm is the carrier for the protozoa that causes blackhead. Cecal worm eggs can survive in frozen soil for quite a few years. Blackhead is deadly to turkeys, I dont know about peafowl.

I worm My Birds like you had told me. I do it about twice a year. I did use Wazine this year also for the first time.
