blackhead disease

Hi there, I was wondering if any one had any suggestions that they could share with me. I bought ten turkey poults and i read up on them about this disease that free range chickens can carry called blackhead? and i have 50 free range chickens. is their any kind of preventative medication or any thing that i can put in the chickens water to cure them just incase they have this "blackhead" disease?
