Some folks inquired about what all we make here so I thought i would post some pics of our forge work..
This is a "Squirrel cooker" used to cook foods over a campfire.

A campfire Tri-Pod..used to hand pots/pans and dutch ovens over a campfire..Sets up two different ways. Can be used as a "spit"..

A nice utensil set. Spatula,Fork,Spoon and Ladel..Beside it are some steak turners also some "S" hooks and "Drive" hooks.

I ADORE wrought iron and anything that looks like it..your work is GORGEOUS!!!!!!! You could easily sell it on etsy and make a killing..awesome, congrats, very, very nice craftsmanship!!!

Showed this to DH (he's also a blacksmith) and he loves the squirrell cooker. Actually, he's real impressed with the upright that holds it.

He and our sons built their 1st forge from leftover scrap from the dump, they've made another one that's a bit more refined. DH also built his 2 chamber bellows. It's fashioned after the one at the John Deere Historic site in Grand Detour IL (he was a blacksmith there for a few years).

I love smithed items. DH forged all my kitchen cabinet pulls.

MullersLaneFarm , thats some real nice work. I like the way he used a brass brush to color those leaves with..Thats a nice touch..

yep, that brass brush give a real nice, classy finish. I'm glad you recognized it from the poor photos!!

That pot hanger is one of my favorite items to use. So much easier to hang a bail evenly on that than it is an 'S' hook!
