Blind 5 month old hen after illness

My 5 mo old pullet was Lethargic and eventually stopped eating as her weakness increased over a 3 day period. I began treating w/ tylan powder antibiotic and had to syringe feed and water her every few hours. Its been a week now. Shes standing again and eating out of bowl with my help but she appears to be blind now. She pecks at the air when I put her near food bowl. I have to gently push her head lower to reach the raised bowl. Once she realizes she gets food she rapidly eats. But always needs my guidance to get started. Could her sight issue be temporary? No cloudiness, signs of eye infection noted. She was a vaccinated day old hatchery cream legbar. Healthy until this episode. Thank you for any help.

Do you have any photos of her and her eyes?

Pecking at the air sounds like a neurological symptom. You can try Vitamin Therapy to see if she improves. Give 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4tablet B-Complex daily along with a little egg to help with the uptake of E.
