Blind bird

The other day I found one of my hens with her head stuck in the corner and she would not come out. I brought her in the house and she seemed to be blind. She would not go anywhere so I kept her in the mud room she ate well for several days then started to act like she was having neurological problems like after putting her beak into the bowl she would peck ok for awhile then start pecking in places other than the bowl she is really weak now and does not move at all except to roll her head once in awhile and she is laying on her side?

Yes she has passed away. Never heard of wry neck is that a disease or condition?
