blind chicken with cold legs

I went to visit my friend today. She has a few young pullets,and one of them seems to have gone blind,or at least can't see very well.She is very thin and just stands hunched up in the corner,also when I picked the pullet up I noticed that her legs were very,very cold. Obviously she is a very sick bird,would anyone have any idea what may be wrong with her?

Sounds like she is not getting enough to eat and is slowly failing.


The chick most likely needs more TLC and one on one interaction to increase her food/water consumption. Or needs to be culled to prevent suffering.
