Blind Pekin with Bumblefoot?

So I have a Pekin thats not quit a year old and she's been blind her whole life. However she always kept up with the other birds so I keep her around. Now I'm pretty sure she has terrible bumble foot. I tried to cut it out myself last night to no avail. She ended up bleeding a ton and seemed like she was in a lot of pain so I slathered on neosporin and terramycin and vetericyn spray then wrapped it up. She still can't walk on that foot. I'm also giving her antibiotic in her water.

So i guess my question is does anyone think it is worth it to try and heal her up? She looks like she has 4 bumble foot sores on foot and i'm worried she has them on the other. Has anyone had any luck curing bumble foot without cutting out the core?
