One of our (5 week old) (Pekin?) has what I think looks like a blister on the top of its bill near where it meets its head. When I touched it it seemed like that at least. I was inspecting it today bc it had been hanging out in their house by itself today and thought it odd it wasn’t with the rest of the flock. Its temperament is a bit more standoffish than the rest of the ducks we have (even when it comes to being offered treats it tends to turn its nose up and run away). As far as I know it hasn’t been picked on or bullied. It was also born with a feather in each leg.

Do I need to do anything to treat it? Should it be isolated? Just keep on eye on it?

It’s soft (almost squishy) like if a blister popped on human skin, moist

I think if she were mine, I would monitor the area closely and just watch for proliferation in the mass. These lesions tend to go down, but if it doesn't it may need to be lanced. Try watching the duckling and ensure the bill isn't getting scraped on feeders/waterers or wire.
