BLISTER ON BILL

I have a pekin duck that has a blister/growth on her bill.It started out as a bruise.She is about 10 wks old.Daisy is a duckling that is handicaapped she couldnt walk at 3days old.With alot of TLC she can walk,swim but still has trouble balanceing.She is staying in with my chicks cause the other ducklings is so much bigger and knock her over.Can anyone tell me what has caused her bill to blister like it did and what i can do for her.

This morning i went to take a picture and the blister has ruptured. im putting neosporin on it.
