Blisters with pus on comb....

We had fowl pox 4 years ago. The first go round of it is not bad,,,,, but,, if you get the second round of it its bad, you will get secondary infections that can kill the chickens.

Put Iodine full strenth on lessions to dry it up. Give all of your chickens vitamans, probiotics and any thing you can think of to boost them to fight it off.

The mosquitos are the carrier and as they bite your chicken they spread it.

You need to spray for the mosquito.

After we had pox in our flock, w vaccinated for 1 1/2 to keep form getting it again.
