Bloated chick

One of my chicks (12 days old) seems off today and his belly seems bloated, what do you think is wrong and what can I do?

What has it been eating? drinking? are you giving vitamins in the water? What does its poo look like?

I am wondering if this one was hatched with an incomplete absorption of the yolksac or navel or such that might have allowed a bacterial infection?

Have you checked its bum for pasty butt? Make sure its clean so it can poo!

It does not have pasty butt, and the yolk was completely absorbed when it hatched. It seemed completely fine until today. I don't know what the poop looks like because I haven't seen it poop today, I don't see any that looks abnormal though. It is eating medicated chick started, and is not getting vitamins in the water. It's belly is still bloated, but it seems alittle better right now.
