Blood around first hole in egg URGENT!

Just looked at my eggs hatching one has just peeped and there is blood around the hole is this normal or is something wrong?

1# the chick could be not ready to come out

2# one of the vanes on the inside burst with the struggles of the chick

The chick has done that to itself so is it going to be ok or has it already bled to death

it should be okay cos the vans are running on the inside of the egg but if the chick waits to long it might die from blood loss
