Blood! Help!

My ducks are hatching…one of them has blood on the egg as it’s trying to get out. What do I do? I’m a first time hatcher!

It looks normal (never hatched ducks, but chicks are similar)
How long has it been like that. It can take a long time to hatch. Is it moving its beak like it's chewing? If so it is still absorbing the yolk sack. And if it doesn't sound distressed, real loud and fast chirps you should allow it to do its thing.

Just within the last 15 minutes or so, does not appear to be chewing but it looks like it’s resting right now
