Blood in chick poo

We just bought these 6 Americonnas at our feed store last Sat. We are keeping them in a box in the house with a lamp over them for warmth. They have been doing fine until today I saw one spot of poo that was dark and when I gathered it with a paper towel I saw there was some blood in it. They are eating medicating baby chick feed. Any suggestions?

I have seen some reddish blood in poo too I wouldnt worry to much about it unless they start getting runny diarrea.

separate and monitor that chick and if it keeps the bloody poo next poo then treat with amprollium (Corrid) or sulmet following treatment instructions exactly .
