This morning I noticed blood that came from poop on the roosting bar in the coop. It also got on some of the pine shavings. I’m not sure which chicken it is and if I should treat for coccidiosis or worms because I’ve read it could be both. I noticed a slightly foamy mustard yellow poop yesterday but haven’t seen a lot like that. Any ideas what I should treat for? Should I treat for both and is there an egg withdrawal period? My hens are 20 weeks and just started to lay.

Can you get some photos of the poop?
How long have you had the pullets and how long have they been in the area they are living?

Blood in the poop can be from Coccidiosis. Worms can cause some bloody stool as well.
It won't hurt to treat them with Corid, you can find that at Tractor Supply in the cattle section.

Here's the dosing-

I’ve had them since they were 5 days old and they are 20 weeks. They have been in there coop/ run since they were 8 weeks. They also free range during the day if the weather is good. I can get some pictures yes, it looks like the blood came before or after the actual poop. I have corid on hand. I bought it when they were chicks just in case something like this happened.

You think it came from just one pullet?
Have you looked at their vents just to make sure no one is injured or prolapsed?

At that age, they *should* have built resistance to the strains of Coccidia in their environment and it shouldn't be a problem, but sometimes it happens.
