I noticed one of my younger chickens, she's about 6 months old, poops looked different today then it normally does. It looked yellow orange with red specks that looked like blood. I attached pictures. I've gotten lots of different answers searching google. I'm not sure if it's coccidiosis and I'm hoping it not.
Thanks
You can find Corid at TSC in the cattle section. I would treat her.I gave her the bread and milk. She ate some of the bread but mainly drank the milk. We got her to drink water on her own and eat a little Strawberry
Work on getting her to drink, then offer wet soupy chick starter or her normal poultry feed.
The poop is looks off.
Liquid Corid dose is 2tsp or Powdered Corid Dose is 1 1/2tsp per gallon of water given for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.
Do not add any extra vitamins/electrolytes that contain B1(Thiamine) to food or water during the course of treatment.
