Blood in eggs, no rooster

Is it bad or just really unappealing to have blood in the eggs? We have two female silkies, who basically live in the pen in the dining room. Are we doing or not doing something?

It is normal, it will only happen occassionally.

It seems to be happening frequently. One of them has gone broody, and the other will soon, is it an end of cycle kind of thing?
