Blood in my one month old chickens poop- just moved outside. Is it coccidiosis?

Hello! I just moved my five babies, about five weeks old, outside. When I went out to check on them this morning, I found a few concerning droppings. Is this coccidiosis, or are my babies just shedding their intestine lining? It looks like blood and not tissue to me, but I’m not sure. The two solid ones might be tissue, but the runny one definitely looks bloody to me. Everyone is acting normal at the moment, so if there is a problem I caught it early.

It looks a lot like intestinal lining shedding which is very normal with chicks that age.
