Blood in Poo - possible coccidiosis?

My gal’s are 24 week old Orpington's (not laying yet - combs are getting brighter and bigger by the day)

I noticed bloody poo in the coop this morning, I’m unsure who it belongs too. They are all eating and happy. Should I treat for Coccidiosis? Or is that normal prior to laying?

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you
