Blood in poop of 5 week olds

Hi,

I have 29 5 week old Black Australorps and yesterday and today I noticed some poops that looked bloody? They had some red in them. At first I thought strawberries because i had given them some 2 days ago....but they wouldn't still be pooping that out now would they? What could it be? its a small percentage of the overall number of poops and everyone is acting normal.
