Blood in poop

I was looking into the poop boards and noticed a small bit of blood in the poop. I’m not sure which hen it is but I think it’s one of my plymouths only because she was in that spot the night I put them to bed. This is the second time but it’s been a couple days in between. No other signs and symptoms. Is this normal?

I'd monitor closely, and if this continues or birds start acting 'off' I'd treat for coccidiosis.
