Blood in poop?

I just was in the coop and w the tiniest streak of blood or something that looks like blood in 2 poops. What should I do? Just to be clear it isn't a lot of blood just a tiny bit. How worried should I be about cocci. These birds are about 2 years old. I think one may be molting a bit but other than that they all act pretty darn normal

It could possibly be shed intestinal lining which is normal on occasion. Here's the poop chart:

Thanks. I'm thinkin it's normal cause there isn't a lot all over the co and all the other poop looks fine
