We were making scrambled eggs today, when we noticed this. I don’t know which chicken laid this, but I’m wondering if that chicken is hurt somehow.
Is my chicken OK? Is this a concern?

It is from a small blood vessel breaking in the oviduct. I have experienced blood inside one chicken’s egg in the past. She was a wellsummer pullet who laid dark brown eggs. At first, it was not every egg, but after a couple of weeks, each egg had a lot of blood inside. Since only 2 hens laid that color egg, I just made sure that I didn’t share with friends or sell those eggs at my co-op. She prematurely stopped laying all together at 1 year of age for the rest of her life. Here is another thread about this problem:
