Blood line in Eggs?

I'm hatching some eggs from my backyard flock for the first time, and I noticed something odd. Is this what they call a blood line? If so, what should I do about it? I don't want to take them out and be wrong, and crack open a living chick, but I don't want to leave them in the incubator and risk harming the others. Any advice?

OH OK, in that case----you can throw them way. Break one open ---outside----so you can see/learn.
