Blood on beak.

I saw some chickens through the window, chasing another one around. So I went out there and one of them has some blood on her beak, it seems to be coming from where the beak and head meet. What should I do to help this hen? If anything. This is the first time I’ve seen blood on any of them from a dispute.

Well I never really did anything whenever my chickens fought each other and started bleeding, the blood stops anyway. But if you just wanna be safe just clean it up and your hen will be fine
