blood on comb

my rir in between the points has a little scab it is black and when i touched it a tiny amount of blood came out not gushing or anything just like it is starting to scab she is acting fine i am guessing one of the other pullets pecked her comb thinking it was food or somthing they get along fine
is there anything to be worried about i wouldnt of noticed it if the tiny scab wasnt there

Let it be, and keep an eye on her to make sure the others don't bother it. One of my pullets had some bleeding from her comb a few weeks back; it healed, and she was fine. They get little scabs and scratches just like we do.
