blood on egg

i just found a lil blood spot on a egg this morning. i have checked the chickens, they seem fine. i have never had this happen before. i cant pin point who laid the egg. should i be really concerned?

Glad you got your answer. I often find blood on my eggs.

Unless there is copious amounts of blood in the nestbox or on the hen I don't worry.
