There were a few spots of blood on two of the button quail eggs I found today. There is no way to tell who laid them.

Ok, I’ll give them more calcium. Thanks.It can happen sometimes, but I would make sure that your girls are getting enough calcium. Blood on the eggs is often a sign of prolapse that can sometimes be caused by insufficient calcium. It could also be caused by abnormally large eggs.
