Blood on eggs?

I have four chickens and one of my chickens for about the last week has been laying eggs with blood all over it?? She is about 2 years old and it's never happened before. I'm starting to get a bit concerned as it started off as just a smudge but now its alot. When I look at her behind it's all red an looks really enlarged. I put her bottom half in a bucket of warm water to clean it up and was shocked at how enlarged and red it was, but I could see any blood there. Is this normal? Can anyone give me some advice?

i dont think its normal but its never happend to me
