Blood on my chicken

I have 5 hens who get along pretty perfectly. I went down today and one had dried blood all over her head. I caught her and it looked like she had a small place beside her eye, but it didn’t look like she had been picked on or anything. Do I need to treat this or separate her because the others will pick on her now that they see blood or just watch it?

Clean her head if you can so no blood is visible. If she is not bleeding now, they will probably be OK overnight if it is dark in their coop. You need to check in the morning to make sure she is not being picked on. If she is, then probably keeping her separate for a while would be good.
