I wouldn't - it looks more like a blood island than a blood ring to me, and you'll know for certain by the next candling. I find that blood rings usually present horizontally. You may find this discussion helpful.

Thanks for you help. I’ve got 8 ducks eggs sat under a broody hen and noticed they all had veins except this one. But I’ll wait another couple days then candle them again.
