Blood Ring? Day 9

Can someone help me figure out if this is a blood ring or not? None of the other eggs had this when I candled them today. There is a dark line going around part of the egg and the egg is underdeveloped compared to the others.

Looks like it to me. I always wait a few days before I remove eggs unless I am 100% certain. I just had one I candled on day 11 that I was pretty sure was dead and looked like a blood ring. On day 14 when I double checked they were moving around like crazy.
