Blood ring? I HOPE NOT!!

I have this egg that was a big blood vessel going around. I can see the chick inside moving, and is clearly kicking and wiggling. Would this be a normal vein or could this indicate the chick may die?

Is the first pic the same egg as in the second pic? First pic looks good and second pic doesn't look so good.
The veins are different from blood rings.

thats a live egg i don't see any reason it would turn into a blood ring.

I also have a few that I'm pretty sure are quitters, but I could really use some input as I'm fairly green still. Got these eggs from my neighbour who asked me to incubate, but some are really old already. I've removed one that I was pretty sure was rotten. I also have 30 eggs in there, and most I've done so far is 15. I don't think the temps get up to where they should be and the eggs are developing at different rates.
