Blood spots?

Typical egg From my now 3 yr old barred rock. No roosters.
Why? Fixable with nutrition? Can she raise healthy babies if i gave her to a friend with a rooster? The other 3 hens lay beautiful eggs.

Her reproductive system is having little capillary bleeds, or possibly sloughing off some tissue. Sometimes happens with older layers. As for her eggs, they may or may not hatch. The chances would be increased if she was put on vitamins to help with her cell membrane strength. I always put my flock on vitamins before collecting hatching eggs, and do notice that all structures of the egg are stronger when they are on vitamins.
