Bloody Chicken Poop Please Help!!!

I found this poop in the coop today and I am not sure what the redish/white part is.

How old are the chickens ? They do shed intestinal lining which is normal...

Any signs of lethargic chickens?

Ruffled Feathers ?

No interest in feed nor their surroundings ?

If no signs of illness then it is likely to be shedding of intestinal lining...any symptoms of illness ..please post further details

I am not sure which chicken this is from but probably a younger one. I haven't noticed any signs of illness either.
