Bloody egg two days in a row

Greeting all. Ive had my girls a little over a year and am still very new to all this so please bear with me. One of my green queens has laid blood smeared eggs two days in a row now. Yesterday it looked like a small red pea sticking from her vent but by roost time it was all normal. Today when I looked at her vent she had a small amount of blood there too that cleared up. And her vent looks normal to me now. She’s out acting normal with the other girls but I’m still a little freaked out/ worried. Is this something to be concerned about? What can I do to help her? Thanks for any replies in advance.
