One of my chickens (not sure who) layed this egg yesterday (sorry for bad pic)

This seems to be a one-off event but i just want to check that its not a sign of a disease/infecfion etc

i have 5 chickens, all 3 (nearly 4) year old orpingtons. One of them is molting, and isn’t eating anything but i'm not concerned because she always loses her appetite when she molts, and she hasnt lost weight.
The other are acting fine, eating and drinking a normal amount. Probably because of their age, we don’t get many eggs (1 or 2 a day). Its also been incredibly hot here (90 -110 degrees in the last few days), but the chickens havent shown any sign of heat stroke or stress.

That's from a ruptured blood vessel in the reproductive tract. I see it more in flighty birds as getting bumped about seems to cause it sometimes. It isn't something to worry about in most instances.
