bloody eggs?

One of our Red Star hens has been laying eggs with some blood on them. They all seem fine, and have been laying an egg every day(we have 4 hens and we get 3-4 eggs a day).

Any thoughts? Their vents seem fine, except for some minor peck marks from the bossy old hen of the group.

I have them show up randomly from my girls, I think a small blood vessel in their vent some times breaks when they lay, but I'm just guessing.
