Bloody hen eating eggs

I have a hen and she had 10 eggs she was sitting on and today she ate 5 of them. Should I take the rest of them away or let her keep sitting? This is her first time going broody.

How can I tell if the rest are bad or is she just not really ready to sit?

You could candle them. If its her first time she might still be too young.

About the only time I have that problem is from pullets that are new to laying eggs
